Our Replace the Lace Service is great for those who would like to get their favourite unit looking refreshed and brand new again.
This service is only valid on wigs that are made by our company.
What’s included:
• Removal of your old lace
• New lace reattachment
• Bleaching the knots
• creating a natural hairline
• Re-styling of the wig
• Adding baby hairs (optional)
• FREE Complimentary wash + deep condition
This service has a turnaround time of 7-10 business days after receiving your wig in the Mail.
Important: Once you place your order you will receive on email with the address to send your unit. We highly recommend that you send your unit to us via a tracking service to ensure we receive your hair and provide us with the tracking number, we do not take any responsibility for any loss packages whilst in the hands of the couriers.
You will be notified by email once we receive your unit and again when your unit is complete.
