Please ensure your delivery address matches your billing address.
It is very important that you enter the correct email address at checkout as this will be used to provide updates on your order.

We reserve the right to either cancel any order or request further information before processing.


Made to Order Wigs can take up to 14 Business Days to process. During this time we are receiving the hair from our vendor and making the wig. Once complete your unit will be shipped out using Royal Mail First Class shipping (UK Orders) a signature will be required at delivery. You Provide the Hair Wigs orders: wigs will be completed in 4-7 Business Days starting from the date we receive your hair.


Due to the nature of this business, there will be no refunds on Ready to Ship Wigs, Made to Order Wigs or Wig Construction Services.


Returns are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking but no refunds or exchanges will be rendered. Due to the nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL!


For made to order units (where we provide the hair) processing time commences within 4 hours of your order being placed. If you would like to cancel your order please notify us by email within 4 hours of placing your order. Once this time as passed unfortunately your order can no longer be cancelled.

For our wig construction service (where you provide the hair) processing time will commence once we receive your hair. Please notify us via email prior to you sending us your hair if you would like to cancel your order.
Once we receive your package of hair we will start to create your unit and therefore your order can no longer be cancelled.

Cancellation request must be sent to within the given timeframe.

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.


We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.

All Packages come with a Tracking number which will be sent via email once your order is complete. Royal Mail updates their system every time they put their hands on your package.
